Meridian Cove Water Service Disruption

SEPTEMBER 16 UPDATE: Construction work will continue during the week of September 19 - 23. To accommodate repairs, water in the Meridian Cove condominium buildings will be switched to a temporary water supply beginning September 19. This switch will not result in any water service disruption and tap water will continue to be safe to use and drink.

TELUS crews began construction in The Glens neighbourhood on August 22 and are preparing to begin work in Fairways this week. Please be mindful of crews at work and drive with care through constuction areas.
Golf Course Parking Lot Construction Notice - August 23

Base repair work on the Stony Plain Golf Course parking lot will begin on August 29. The construction is expected to take three days, during which the golf course and parking lot will remain open to golfers.
79 Avenue Construction Notice - August 22

Road construction on 79 Avenue from Range Road 11 to Range Road 12 will begin tomorrow (August 23). Work is expected to be completed by September 6, 2022. The road will remain open to one way alternating traffic with construction controls and flag persons on site.

Mainline civil construction will begin in The Glens neighbourhood today and hydrovac trucks and directional drilling equipment will be on-site. Work in the area will continue through the fall and is anticipated to be completed before the winter season.
