STONY PLAIN, AB: On December 21, 2023, the Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs) from municipalities in the Edmonton Metro Region signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a new, collaborative framework intended to improve regional transit services.

STONY PLAIN, AB: Doing business in the Tri-Municipal Region just got easier thanks to a new Intermunicipal Business Licence Arrangement between the Town of Stony Plain and City of Spruce Grove.

Bylaw 2671/LOU/23 Land Use Amendment 1st Reading
An amendment to the Land Use Bylaw has been proposed to facilitate the next development stage of Westerra. The proposal amends a portion of NW ¼ Section 24-52-28-4 within the Land Use District Map. The proposed amendment aligns with the Municipal Development Plan, as well as the intent of the Lake Westerra Estates Area Structure Plan.
