Updates to Land Use Bylaw Omnibus 2023, Bylaw 2671/LUO/23
A public hearing for the Land Use Bylaw was held at last night’s Council Meeting. The bylaw was also given second and third reading. The Land Use Bylaw (LUB) update is a yearly process which provides administrative changes to the LUB and may also include Strategic Plan implementation. Stony Plain, AB: Ready for spring cleaning? Get your cleaning underway in time for the annual Treasure Hunt and Large Item Drop Off returning to Stony Plain the weekend of May 5.
The Treasure Hunt will be in full swing on May 5 and 6. Community members can shop the front lawns of participating neighbours to repurpose household goods and reusable items. STONY PLAIN, AB: Jack Seguin, owner of English Bay Blending & Fine Chocolates (English Bay), was joined by representatives from the Government of Alberta and Stony Plain to announce the relocation and expansion of the business from Delta, BC, to Stony Plain.
