Residential Snow Removal Update January 20

Crews start plowing at 6 am and will be out well into the evening clearing the windrows. Please ensure cars, trailers and driveway ramps are off the road.

January 20 - Crews were in Westerra, The Glens, Heritage Estates, Old Town, Folkstone and The Brickyard.

There will be no snow removal on Sunday, January 19th.

Residential Snow Removal Update January 17

Following the winter storm on January 16th, residential snow removal was paused. Crews spent today focusing on clearing snow on the priority roads. Residential snow removal will resume on Saturday, January 18.

Residential Snow Removal Pause January 17

Following the winter storm on January 16th, residential snow removal has been paused. Crews will spend today focusing on clearing snow on the priority roads. An update will be provided for when residential snow removal will resume.

Residential Snow Removal Update January 16

Crews began removing the snow from residential streets on January 13, with the current conditions the ice is packed very solid and they are not able to get down to the road surface. The process is taking longer than usual and we appreciate your patience. At this time, crews are not returning to do a second pass in neighborhoods. The priority is to level the high spots and reduce the ruts in the driving lanes.
