Fees & Charges Bylaw Annual Update
All three readings were given to update the Fees & Charges bylaw during last night’s meeting. The bylaw governs user fees and charges for the upcoming calendar year and is presented to Council for approval annually.
The updated bylaw will be available on the Stony Plain website and new rates are effective January 1, 2023. Utility rates will be communicated as an insert with the monthly utility bills in the new year.

All civil construction and backfill in The Glens and Fairways was completed as of October 30, 2022. TELUS crews will continue to be on location to perform splicing and testing. TELUS anticipates PureFibre will be released to customers in the area come January 2023.
