Please note that there was an error contained in the civic address of this correspondence, being "5201 57th Avenue". The correct civic address of this development is "5102 57th Avenue".

49 Avenue Construction Update - May 21

Construction on 49 Avenue is underway. Traffic has been reduced to one way, eastbound. Milling of the road surface is in progress, starting at Golf Course road westbound to Highway 779. Please drive safely and obey all traffic signals. Construction is weather dependent.
Downtown Redevelopment Update - May 21

Fences have gone up for the final portion of Downtown Redevelopment and concrete removals are underway. Access to businesses in the area will be maintained during the construction season. All construction is weather dependent.
