New School Site Servicing Construction to Begin in August

Construction is set to begin on the underground servicing for the new Stony Plain school site next week. Residents will notice an increase in traffic along 57th Avenue and construction noise during working hours. Construction is anticipated to be complete by late October (weather dependent).

Tonight's Summer Session Moved to Community Centre

The Town welcomed Barbara Shaffner, the great-granddaughter of Stony Plain’s iconic sherriff, Israel Umbach, on a tour of the Umbach family’s rich history and roots in the community on July 19.
