Fairways North Stage 3 – Land Use Bylaw Amendment Receives First Reading

Council passed first reading for Bylaw 2717/LUO/25 – Fairways North State 3, which recommends an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw. The amendment facilitates the continued development of the Fairways North neighbourhood, providing low and medium density residential areas, park and open space, trail connectivity, and an efficient road network.

The process is taking longer than usual and we appreciate your patience. At this time, crews are not returning to do a second pass in neighborhoods, the priority is to level the high spots and reduce the ruts.

January 25 - Crews will continue in Southridge and Forest Green. Then begin in South Creek, Creekside Point and Stony Creek
