Notice of Development Permit Approval

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  Thursday June 6, 2019 by 4:00 pm.


Development Permit No.  2019-D0069          

Location:  4524 45 Avenue (Lot 20 Block 1 Plan 6286RS)                                                              

Proposed Development: 

Proposed 7.92 x 9.14 metre rear, detached garage with variance relaxing the maximum height from 4.6 metres to 5.56 metres.

Relaxation of Land Use Bylaw to allow accessory building to exceed the height of the principal building by 0.84 metres.          

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
