To encourage growth and responsible development, Stony Plain considers eligibility of Development Incentives which fall within the below map and meet the Town's strategic priorities which include: Business development which apply to:
Infill developments within the Old Town Community Plan boundary which apply to
No work must be performed until approved by the Town. Work that has commenced prior to approval is not eligible for policy incentives. A signed agreement between the Town and the property owner(s), or approved representative, will outline the approved incentives, the deliverables for the property, and the timeframe and conditions for payment. The Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to sign agreements pursuant to this policy with an applicant property owner(s) or approved representative. Development Incentive Policy Map
