Development activity in 2024 in Stony Plain included over 200 permits issued for alterations, additions, and secondary suites alongside new builds. These projects highlight ongoing improvements to existing spaces, contributing to the town’s evolving landscape and attractiveness to residents and businesses.
The year also saw an estimated construction value surpassing $100 million, solidifying 2024 as a pivotal period of growth for Stony Plain within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region. This milestone reflects careful planning and efforts to foster balanced and meaningful development.
