Regional Housing Program

The Regional Housing Program provides support to eligible residents from across the Tri-Region to address instances of housing instability. A dedicated housing coordinator supports clients with:

  • housing acquisition or housing breakdown prevention
  • gain access to basic needs and other needed support services
  • connection to other community service providers to support housing sustainability.

Community Connector for Older Adults

Town of Stony Plain FCSS and the WestView Primary Care Network are excited to share a new resource for Stony Plain and Parkland County community members.

Kitty Choi has joined our team with the role of Community Connector and facilitating the Dementia Project. Kitty is available to assist Older Adults (59+) that live in Stony Plain or Parkland County. Kitty is also able to assist with information and resource navigation to support families and community members of any age experiencing dementia.
