Proposed Development: Deck, rear with variance to Land Use Bylaw 2686/LUO/24 Section 2.2.5. maximum site coverage from 40% to  43.2%                       

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
