 NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPROVAL

 

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  Friday, January 7, 2022 at 4:00 pm.

Location:  133 Graybriar Drive     Lot 37 Block 1 Plan 2022745

Proposed Development: Relaxation of maximum site coverage from 40% to 44.02%

                                                               

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
