The TLC’s operations were heavily impacted by COVID-19 restrictions, resulting in a deficit of $531,744 for 2020. Administration will continue to work with the TLC to understand potential impacts on the 2021 operating year.

2020 Wraps Up with Q4 Reports
The 2020 year finished up with the final quarterly report presentation from Administration and a report from Stony Plain Community and Family Support Services (FCSS). Quarterly Reports are presented to Council throughout the year as a means of reporting on operational activities, statistics, and progress regarding Corporate Plan goals. Each quarterly report from Administration covers activity within the Office of the CAO, Municipal Planning and Infrastructure, Community and Protective Services, and Corporate Services.
With the recent integration of Stony Plain Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) into the Town’s corporate structure, the fourth quarter report for FCSS was further included in the presentation. The FCSS Quarterly Report provides insight into programs and services in the community as well as community engagement statistics.
Learn more and read the Q4 Reports in their entirety in the agenda package on pages 67 – 108.
