Let’s Get Together! Get involved in Stony Plain’s Neighbours Day celebration – a day to get together with neighbours to connect, celebrate and build community. The Town of Stony Plain hosts Neighbours Day annually on the third Saturday every September. This is a day where residents are encouraged to plan neighbourhood activities to get to know their neighbours, build community, and strengthen Stony Plain spirit.

Stony Plain Neighbours Day is a day to acknowledge our neighbours who have cared, supported and worked to keep our community connected. It’s all about recognizing our neighbours are our greatest assets!

Let’s grow together at this year’s Neighbours Day and Arbour Day Celebration! Neighbours Day is joining up with the 12th Annual Arbour Day celebration in which residents can enjoy a day outdoors, planting and supporting a greener community.

On September 16, get to know your neighbours and care for your community by joining the Neighbours Day and Arbour Day celebration. Join us at Oatway Park from 11-1 PM. Stop by for free tree planting, activities, food, and a great morning of neighbourly connection. We’ll supply the tools and trees; all you need to do is come ready to get planting!

What to celebrate your neighbours all year round? Check out our Neighbourhood Connect program.
