Each year we set aside a special week to recognize and acknowledge the valuable contributions seniors make to the Town of Stony Plain and Parkland County.

For the past several years, the Stony Plain and partners have hosted a Generation Celebration. This event began as a BBQ at the Stony Plain Youth Centre, with the youth hosting Seniors for dinner. Over the years the event has grown and moved to a street party and then to the Generation Celebration dinner with entertainment.
