Downtown Redevelopment Update – August 6, 2021

Work continues on concrete replacement at the entrance of the alleyway behind The Old Bar. It remains closed; however, it is still on track to open for 6am August 11^th. Sidewalk work is coming along at all four corners of the intersection of 50^th Street and 50^th Avenue. All concrete has been poured with just connecting points remaining. Work also continues on the bulb-outs at this same intersection. All electrical work for Phase IV is now complete.
