Fourth Quarter Report Presented to Council

The Fourth Quarterly Report of 2025 has been presented to Council. Quarterly Reports provide a comprehensive overview of the Town’s operations and progress throughout the year.

The report brings together updates from Administration to evaluate the status of the current budget and provide information on departmental activities and Council-approved projects. It also supports preparation of the Town’s Annual Report by serving as a year-end benchmark for performance and operational progress.

The Q4 Report will be made available on the Reports, Studies, and Plans page.

2025 Development Activity Report Presented to Council for Information 

Council accepted the 2025 Development Activity Report for information, providing an overview of development activity in Stony Plain over the previous calendar year.
The annual report was introduced in 2021 in response to interest from developers, businesses, and residents in having greater transparency and insight into local development trends. It builds on the information in the Town’s Quarterly Reports by offering a more comprehensive, year-over-year snapshot of growth and change within the community.

2025 Environmental Portfolio Progress Update Presented

Last night, Council accepted the 2025 Environmental Portfolio Progress Update, outlining progress on environmental initiatives across the community.
The update reflects ongoing implementation of the Town’s Environmental Master Plan and Environmental Stewardship Strategy, which guide environmental priorities and actions. It summarizes changes and additions to the Environmental Portfolio between January and December 2025, including the status of current initiatives and how they support the Town’s environmental goals.
