Highway 779 and 49 Avenue Intersection Closure Update - August 24

Alberta Transportation has provided the following important update to the Town on the Highway 779 construction project. The 49 Avenue intersection closure will need to be extended until the end of Wednesday, August 24 to fully complete work in the area. The intersection will be reopened to traffic at 6:00 p.m. in order to accomodate the construction. Detours will remain in effect for the additional time frame. We appreciate your patience during this construction project.
