Relaxation to allow the shed to be placed within the required side yard setback of the principal building; Relaxation of the minimum side yard setback from 1.0 metres to 0.70 metres and the minimum required setback to the dwelling from 2.0 metres to 0.57 metres
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office. Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure. A non-refundable fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
