The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal. The appeal deadline date for these permits is Friday, April 14, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Proposed Development:  Major Home Occupation (Art Studio in rear detached garage)

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
