The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for this permit is  May 28, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 25 & 27 Boulder Blvd (Lot 5 Block 2 Plan 8123250)

Proposed Development: Prefabricated cold storage structure with variance to lot surface

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $500.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
