Notice of development permit approval 2025-D0124

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is June 6, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 5008 52 Street                                               

Proposed Development: Detached garage with variance to height and variance to allow for second and third driveway access                     

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
