Notice of development permit approval 2025-D0127

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  June 10, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Development Permit No. 25-D0127

Location: 5418 47 Street (Lot 22 Block 4 Plan 5900U)

Proposed Development: Addition with covered deck with variance reducing the required setback between the rear detached garage and the covered deck addition from 2 metres to 1.88 metres.                                                          

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
