Notice of development permit approval 2025-D0138
The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal. The appeal deadline date for these permits is June 10 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 32 Grayson Green (Lot 45 Block 8 Plan 2520326)
Proposed Development: Detached dwelling with variance to Land Use Bylaw Table 3.8.3. to reduce the rear yard setback for the overhang at the rear cantilever to 6.46 metres.
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office. Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure. A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
