Notice of development permit approval 2025-D0197

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal. The appeal deadline date for these permits is August 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm.

Proposed Development:  Relaxation of Land Use Bylaw regulations for fence height maximum in a flankage yard from 1.0 metres to 1.80 metres.

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
