The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  August 14, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

VARIANCE 

Development Permit No. 2025-D0248

Location: 30 Quartz Avenue   Lot 12 Block 10 Plan 262 1150

Proposed Development: Variance to maximum driveway width for proposed retail warehouse from 12.50 m to: 

• 14.43 m at the 28 Street Access

• 16.71 m at the West access at Quartz Avenue 

• 15.36 m at the East access at Quartz Avenue

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $500.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
