Notice of Development Permit Approval

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  February 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Lot 18 Block 1 Plan 232 2256
Proposed Development: Construction of 3 new multi-family structures with variances to: 
-Minimum depth of a parking stall with direct access from a lane from 7.5 m to 6.0 m
-Minimum access width from 7.5 m to 7.3 m for the access to the internal parking lot from the lane
-Variance to required setbacks between buildings from 3.0 m to 3.4 m and from 6.0 m to 5.59 m. 
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $500.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
