Notice of Development Permit Approval 
The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal. The appeal deadline date for these permits is May 6, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Development Permit No. 2026-D0043
Location: 6 Willow Heights Drive (Lot 10 Block 7 Plan 2521458)
Proposed Development: Approval includes a 0.56 m variance to reduce the required side yard setback from 1.2 m to 0.64 m for the second storey cantilever.
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office. Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure. A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
