In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, no appeal lies in respect of the issuance of a development permit for a Permitted Use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. As a result, you are being advised of this update to the approval for development on the above-noted lands.
