NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPROVAL

The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  June 18, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 9 Westerra Crt   Lot 58 Block 3 Plan 0321785
Proposed Development: Major Home Occupation – In-home home décor sales with variance to gross floor area of all buildings on site that the business may occupy from 40.0m2 to 66.65 m2. 
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
