The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  August 10, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 43 Willow Wood Lane   Lot 45 Block 2 Plan 0820513

Proposed Development: Deck (existing) with variance to rear yard setback from 4.0m to 3.44m

Sunroom over portion of existing deck with variance to the rear yard setback from 7.50m to 5.09m.

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
