NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPROVAL
The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal. The appeal deadline date for these permits is October 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
VARIANCE
Development Permit No. 2026-D0187, 2026-D0188, 2026-D0189, 2026-D0190
Location: 7,9,11,13 Grayson Green Lot: 4,5,6,7 Block: 9 Plan: 252 0326
Proposed Development: Four unit rowhouse with 3 stories and a main level garage having :
- Relaxation to the building height maximum from 12.0 m to 12.78 m and
- Relaxation to three of the four units for the front yard landscaping minimum coverage from 20% to 14.55%,14.62% and 14.70%.
Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office. Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure. A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
