The following development permit application has been considered by the Development Authority and given conditional approval subject to appeal.  The appeal deadline date for these permits is  November 5, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Location: 4700 45 Street  Lot 30A Block 4 Plan 082 7137

Proposed Development: New rowhouse development with 10% variance to the required setback to the north side property line from 6.0 m to 5.4 m for the cantilevered windows

Anyone claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal same by serving written notice to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town Administration Office.  Further information and/or appeal forms may be obtained from the office of Planning & Infrastructure.  A non-refundable $100.00 fee will be charged for an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
