Town of Stony Plain Council will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing submissions regarding an amendment to the Brickyard at Old Town Area Structure Plan (ASP) and Land Use Bylaw Amendment to facilitate the next phase of development for Brickyard Drive.

Purpose of Bylaw 2659/D&P/22 Amendment to the Brickyard at Old Town Area Structure Plan

To re-focus density along collector roadways and future amenity sites.
