Snow Removal Update- January 9, 2026
Crews remain focused on Residential Snow Removal, widening the Collector Roads and Ice Control on the Priority Roads.
With the volume of snow on the roads, the residential removal is taking longer than in the past. All communities are struggling, and your patience is appreciated. You will see the crew has been working everyday since Christmas and will be out again this weekend.
Crew 1 focused on clearing in Country Plains. On January 10th they will return to finish in Country Plains, then return to Ironwood before moving into Graybriar.
Crew 2 focused on the Woodlands Neighborhood; on January 10th they will continue in Woodlands.
Crew 3 continues to focus on clearing collector roads, in the afternoon they moved over to help finish in the snow removal in the Brickyard neighbourhood. January 10th, they anticipate being on South Creek Drive, Westerra Drive and High Park School.
