Statement from Mayor William Choy on fallen Edmonton Police Service Officers

It was with heavy hearts the Town received the news that Constable Travis Jordan and Constable Brett Ryan of the Edmonton Police Service were killed in the line of duty early this morning.

On behalf of Council, Administration, and the citizens of Stony Plain, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of these fallen officers, and the entire Edmonton Police Service.

The Town flags have been lowered to half-mast as a sign of respect and mourning of the passing of Constable Jordan and Constable Ryan.
