Stony Plain to Replace Iconic Painted Bridge Near Forest Green School

STONY PLAIN, AB: During the week of Sept 16, work will begin to replace one of Stony Plain's iconic painted pedestrian bridges near Forest Green School. The new bridge will be brightly painted, continuing the vibrant tradition and charm that residents and visitors have come to adore.

"Stony Plain's painted bridges add a lot of character of our trail systems and parks," said Mayor William Choy. "I encourage everyone to explore our many parks and trails in town, and to visit the new bridge once it is installed!"
