In partnership with the Town of Stony Plain, City of Spruce Grove and Parkland County, there are three transit options provided in the region; On-Demand, Commuter and an Accessible Transportation Service. Service is available in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Parkland Village and Acheson.

On-Demand Local Transit

For complete details about On Demand Transit, visit Spruce Grove Transit.

On-demand local transit operates 5 AM to 7 PM Monday to Friday within Stony Plain and Spruce Grove. Within Parkland Village and Acheson the service operates from 5 AM to 9 AM and 2:15 PM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
How can I book?

There are three ways to book a trip with on-demand:

Book trips up to one week in advance for travel between any two bus stops in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Parkland Village or Acheson.

The on-demand system calculates the most efficient route based on customer needs so trips are as fast as possible. You will be given a 10-minute pick-up window; arrive on time because the bus can’t wait.

Subsidized rates are offered for both Local and Commuter monthly passes. To be eligible, applicants’ household income (from Line 15000 on your CRA Notice of Assessment) must not exceed the Low-Income Cut-Off level determined by Statistics Canada +25%.
