Online Services Portal
The Town of Stony Plain’s Online Services Portal provides convenient access to your municipal accounts and services.
Through the portal, residents can:
- View utility account information
- Access property tax details
- Manage e-billing
- Make payments online
We are currently updating the system that supports taxes, utilities, and other online services. This page will serve as your central source for updates throughout the transition.
Beginning April 2026:
- Utility bills will have a refreshed layout
- Bills will include more detailed usage information
- Month-over-month usage graphs will be introduced (beginning April 2026)
Historical comparisons will build over time. The March 2026 bill will not include comparisons. Comparisons begin in April 2026, with a full year of data available by March 2027
The existing Online Services portal will be removed on March 12, 2026. A new and improved portal will launch in Q3 2026.
- Your account number remains the same
- E-billing continues for residents already enrolled
- You can continue paying your bills:
- In person at Town Hall
- Through your bank
- By pre-authorized payment
- No late fees or penalties are expected due to the transition
