Bids and Purchasing
The Town of Stony Plain posts public open and equal competitive bidding opportunities to the following electronic bidding system:
- Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire)
Vendors must be registered in Euna Procurement in order to view open opportunities and submit bids.
The Town of Stony Plain also posts opportunities to the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) website.
We seek out the best value for the community and not simply the lowest price in our competitions. Criteria is outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Why is the process so complicated?
We are required to follow provincial and federal trade agreements and Canadian procurement law.
