Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan provides the resources and guides the implementation of the services, processes and capital projects to achieve the outcomes in Council's Strategic Plan. It is based upon the vision and principles of the Municipal Development Plan

On November 25, 2024 Council approved the 2025 Corporate Plan, and accepted in principle 2026 and 2027. The approved municipal tax increase of 7.41% for 2025 is comprised of 4.91% plus 2.5% for the new Community Recreation Centre. The impact of the 2025 municipal tax and utility increases to a sample residential property assessed at $350,000 is $252.72/year or $21.06/month. The portion of this allocated to the new Community Recreation Centre is $50.14/year or $4.18/month.
