Business/Vendor Booths

Businesses and community organizations can reserve a booth on Main Street to promote themselves, sell products, interact with attendees, give samples, offer entertainment, and encourage people to connect with them. 

Eligibility 

Businesses must hold a valid business licence with the Town of Stony Plain. Businesses outside Stony Plain must obtain a Hawker/Peddlar Licence for the event. Hawker/Peddlar Licences can be purchased for $25/event or $325/year.

All businesses/vendors/entertainers on site are required to be approved in advance. Distribution of any materials, solicitations, or business activities not approved in advance will not be tolerated.

Selection Criteria 

We thank all interested booth participants. Businesses not selected to participate in an event will be placed on a waitlist to replace cancellations and for future events. Please be aware that participants that align with the following points receive booth priority.

  • Businesses located in Downtown Stony Plain
  • Stony Plain businesses 
  • Businesses selling products at the event 
  • Businesses that sponsor an attraction and/or add value to the event

Product Exclusivity 

 Product exclusivity is monitored and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

Booth Details 

  • Booths are 10x10 feet in size
  • Power is available by request
  • Booths are provided free of cost  
  • Events proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety hazard 
  • All supplies (tent, table, chairs, etc.) are the responsibility of the participant
