Walk for Wellness
Walk for Wellness is a community-based program designed to promote mental well-being and physical health in neighborhoods through group walks and engaging discussions on important mental health topics. A collaboration between the Town of Stony Plain and Dochas Psychological Services, this initiative offers a welcoming space for individuals to connect, learn, and share in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking for support, social connection, or just a refreshing walk with like-minded individuals, Walk for Wellness allows you to participate in a way that feels right for you. Together, we strengthen our community and embrace the power of resilience—one step at a time.
