Gather and Grow Day was held on Sept 20, 2025 and launched the grand opening of Hall Park. This event included the unveiling of an art installation, community tree planting, music and games, and free food and drinks.

On September 19, get to know your neighbours and care for your community by joining the Gather and Grow Day.
Each year, Gather and Grow Day brings residents together for a day of community building, connection, and raising awareness of the Town’s Neighbourhood Connect project. The event is a day for residents to enjoy a day outdoors, planting and supporting a greener community.
Residents are also encouraged to host their own neighbourhood events to spark new connections and foster community building around Stony Plain. Online resources are available for residents looking to plan an event in their neighbourhood.
The festivities will officially start at 11AM in St. Andrew's Park (4300 South Park Dr) , complete with tree planting, free activities, and lunch for all attendees.
