Join the egg-citment of Easter Hunt! During this annual event, dozens of Easter goodies are hidden in four parks waiting to be found. 

2025 Event Details

 When does the event begin?
 The Easter Hunt will begin at 9AM the morning of April 19, and continue until all eggs have been found.
Where can I find hidden goodies?
Goodies will be hidden in four pre selected public parks around Town. The park locations will be released on the website at 9AM the morning of April 19.
The rules
  1. There will be a total of 50 large eggs hidden.
  2. The contest finishes when all 50 eggs have been found. Check back for event updates. 
  3. Each prize is hidden in 4 public outdoor park within Stony Plain. It is not necessary to enter or cross any private property to get to any location.
  4. There is no cost or fee to participate - everyone is welcome!
  5. Only one large prize permitted per family.
  6. Each prize has a tag with further instructions. Follow the instructions to be entered into the grand prize draw. *Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 when picking up the grand prize.

Hippity Hoppity!!! There is still loads of eggs out at 10:44 AM!  There may even be a few small ones as well.....

1:36 PM- From all the little hunters who reported back, there should be about 25 Large eggs.  Please remember to email lvandommelen@stonyplain.com with a picture and the number to be entered into the grand prize.  Winner will be contacted next week.  

3:05 PM - As per hunters advising what they found, there should be about 18 Large eggs still to be found at the four parks and areas, listed above.  These 18 are amongst all of the four parks and areas. (Not 18 at each)  Areas could mean trails, under equipment, at a school across the street, look up, look down... all in the area of each park.   You folks are doing great! The happy faces are so great to see!
