Resident Appointed to Planning Advisory Committee. Stony Plain resident Doug Anderson has been appointed to the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) effective January 1, 2023.
A federal investment of $500,000 has supported the Town of Stony Plain to revitalize its downtown core through enhancements that are improving accessibility for pedestrians while also providing spaces for cultural events. “The completion of our new downtown has been a major milestone for Stony Plain.

Local transit across the Tri-Municipal region is going on-demand. Beginning January 3, 2023, Stony Plain Transit will integrate with Spruce Grove’s on-demand local transit service and Acheson Transit to establish a single, on-demand local transit system.
