Construction begins on Golf Course Road next week. During the road construction, Fairways Drive/Brightbank Avenue south to Secondary Highway 628 will be reduced to a single lane.

An update to the Highway 779 construction project has been provided by Alberta Transportation. Crews will be off site for the long weekend, starting today, Friday July 30.

Starting August 4. th.

Fog sealing has wrapped up on the 49 Avenue resurfacing project. This construction is now complete.

Councillor Eric Meyer Appointed Deputy Mayor. Councillor Eric Meyer has been appointed as Deputy Chief Elected Official.

The underground work for phase IV of the Downtown Redevelopment project continues. The electrical work for this phase is almost complete.

The Umbach Dog Park road construction project is now complete! The road and park re-opened to the public on July 24.

Following the August long weekend, the Town will be mircosurfacing various roadways throughout Town. Microsurfacing is a pavement preservation treatment which includes applying asphalt emulsion, aggregate, water and cement powder to the existing roadway surface.

The Golf Course Road construction project is in full swing! Today, crews started ripping up the road.
