Road Closure Bylaw 2663/RC/22 Given Second and Third Reading. On June 13, 2022, Council approved amendments to The Brickyard at Old Town Area Structure Plan (ASP) and Land Use Bylaw (LUB) to facilitate the development of Brickyard Stage 5 and the extension of Brickyard Drive.

STONY PLAIN, AB:. The Canadian Award for Financial Reporting (CanFR) has been awarded to the Town of Stony Plain by Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for the 2021 Annual Report.

The Town of Stony Plain and the Fire Department specifically have received a number of offers of support for our neighbouring communities during the wildfire crisis. We appreciate the offer to help, however, in emergencies of this magnitude it is important that we clearly understand the needs required and allow the formalized channels to react to those needs.

RCMP Provides Crime Update. At last night’s Council meeting, Inspector Kevin McGillivary presented crime statistics for the Town of Stony Plain for the months of January through March 2023.

Town of Stony Plain 2022 Audited Financial Statements - Auditor Presentation. The audit report on the 2022 Financial Statements has been completed as per Section 281 of Municipal Government Act (MGA).
